Delivery Policy

Last updated November 6, 2026

PUB File Opener is an online service. Everything we provide is digital and delivered instantly in your web browser. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges or delivery addresses.

What you receive

  • Free single-file conversion: a preview of every page and downloads as PDF, PNG or JPG, up to10 files a day.
  • Paid batch ($4.99 (₹249 in India)): conversion of up to 50 Publisher files. Each file can be downloaded as a PDF as soon as it is converted, and the whole batch can be downloaded as one ZIP of PDFs or one ZIP of page images.

When it is delivered

Delivery starts immediately after a successful payment, in the same browser tab. Each file usually takes a few seconds to a minute to convert, and you can download it as soon as it is ready. We do not send files by email.

A paid batch stays open for 24 hours from payment. During that time you can add more ZIPs, from the same browser, until all 50 files are used. A file that cannot be converted does not use up one of the 50, so you can try it again while the batch is open.

Download your files promptly

To protect your privacy, every converted file is deleted from our servers within 1 hour of being converted (see the Privacy Policy). Please download your files as soon as they are ready. Files that have been deleted cannot be recovered, but while your batch is open you can convert them again at no extra cost if you still have slots left.

If something goes wrong

If your payment succeeded but the batch did not unlock, for example because the tab was closed during payment, reopen the site in the same browser: your paid batch is remembered there for 24 hours. If that does not work, email support@pubfilesopener.comwith your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in the receipt Razorpay emails you). We reply within 2 business days.
