What to include

  • A file did not convert properly: tell us the Publisher version if you know it, how many pages the file has, and what looks wrong. Please do not attach confidential documents.
  • A payment: include the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt (it starts withpay_). See the Refund & Cancellation Policy (purchases are final) and the Delivery Policy.
  • Privacy: see the Privacy Policy for what we store and for how long.
